[Free Defect Guarantee]
(1) The free warranty period is 36 months from the date of purchase of the product.
If a failure occurs within the warranty period of the product under normal use, you can get it repaired free of charge at the request of our company.
(2) Upon receipt of an A/S support request under the Company's Quality Assurance Process, we will send you an on-site defect analysis and action plan within 24 hours of receipt.
(3) After onsite response and A/S processing, we send you the relevant A/S Report.

You can get the service for a fee in the following cases
(1) Replacing consumables.
(2) In case the warranty period for free expires.
(3) Failure caused by user intention or carelessness.
(4) In case of a product failure caused by natural disasters.
(5) Failure due to abnormality in power and connection equipment failure.
(6) Failure due to missing regular checks (HW & SW).
(7) In case of a failure due to modification or maintenance of the product from an outsider other than a company designated service personnel.
(8) If there is a separate A/S request, the cause provider will be charged according to the results of the truable shooting.
